Refund policy

At Elyuna Fine Jewellery, we hope you truly love your piece.

If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
