Shipping & Returns
How does shipping and returns work?
We offer tracked worldwide shipping to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
If your piece is not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging
*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Do you offer warranty?
Yes. We provide a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your piece requires attention beyond this period, we are happy to assist with repair services.
